  • We do not store payment card information.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days post payment.

  • Delivery times vary by location and courier availability.

  • Health Scientific is not liable for delays due to courier services or incorrect delivery addresses.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Returns accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 3 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.

  • Refunds issued post inspection, via original payment method within 7 working days.

  • Shipping charges in returns are non-refundable unless caused by us.

  • Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch but not after shipping.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Health Scientific is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of website or products.

  • We are not responsible for third-party delays or damages.
